Hello! I’m an organizer, change-maker, political economist, an avid fan of knowledge and learning. I hold a BA in Economics from Sarajevo School of Science and Technology and University of Buckingham, and an MA in International Political Economy from King’s College London where I studied under the Chevening scholarship program awarded by the United Kingdom.

I am currently an International Strategy Forum 2024 Fellow and a PhD Student at International University of Sarajevo (IUS) in the field of Political Science and International Relations.

Recently I was a Partnership for Peace Research Fellow at NATO Defense College in Rome. I also served as an Advisor to the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2020-2023 in charge of bilateral and multilateral affairs.

My career background is a mix of both academic and professional engagement. I have previously worked in several fields, including security and international affairs, film industry, banking industry, and electronic sports industry. In 2018, within the Chevening scholarship scheme, I worked as a Civil society member on the Western Balkans Summit in London.

My education and professional orientation is focused on international security and economic relations, energy security, foreign policy and diplomacy as a means to build a better and more humane world. My research interest is focused on US and EU political and economic relations with Western Balkans, specifically, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the security framework, democratization processes and transitional state development in post-conflict societies.

I regularly write and analyze on contemporary issues for the Balkans, and selections of my published pieces for popular press can be found on media page of this site. More academic and policy-making content can be found on the research page.
